About Me
My mission is to educate and empower the aerialist community through weight training.
My journey through movement...
Growing up as an athlete, movement has always been a part of my life. It wasn't until high school, though, that I began to realize the true impact that fitness could have, not just on someone's body composition, but on their confidence and how they show up in every day life.
This belief was reaffirmed when I found pole in 2019. As most people will say when trying pole, I took one class and was hooked. I loved the blend of strength, dance, flexibility, and power - it was such a unique and fun way to move my body and express myself.
It was also the first time I had been around a group of people, mostly women, who radiated confidence and celebrated themselves and others.
And now here we are! After managing a gym for several years, in 2024 I decided I wanted to dive fully into my passion and expertise of training the pole and aerial community, and that's what I've been doing since!

Intro to Lifting for Aerialists
Looking for something you can get started with right away? This program is perfect for people who are newer to the gym and want a bit of direction, with an aerialists goals in mind. Program is 2x/wk for a total of 5 weeks.
